From Booking to
Your First Therapy Session

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if it is your first time.
We've tried to make the process as simple and transparent as possible.
1. Reach Out
Get in touch with us through our intake form ( Go to “booking”), email, phone, or WhatsApp. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out, Whatever brings you here, that is enough to begin.
2. Initial Consultation
We will arrange a short consultation to understand your needs, answer any questions, and discuss practical details such as fees, availability, and preferences for online or in-person sessions.
3. Therapist Matching & Scheduling
Based on your concerns, goals, preferences, and availability, we will recommend a therapist who may be a good fit. Once you're ready to proceed, we'll schedule your first session and share all the information
you need to attend.
4. Completing Consent and Intake Forms
Before your first session, you'll be asked to complete a few brief forms covering consent, confidentiality, contact information, and relevant background details.
The first session is an opportunity for you and your therapist to get to know one another. Together, you'll explore what has brought you to therapy, discuss your current concerns, and begin identifying what you hope to gain from the process. There is no expectation to share everything at once—therapy unfolds at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
5. Your First Session
At the end of the session, you and your therapist will discuss next steps, including session frequency and possible areas of focus. Therapy is a collaborative process, and the work will continue to evolve based on your needs and goals.
You do not need to be in crisis, have a diagnosis, or know exactly what you want to work on before starting therapy. A sense that something feels difficult, overwhelming, or worth exploring is reason enough to begin.
