MYTHILI
Mythili holds an MA in Applied Psychology (Specialisation in Clinical and Counselling Practice) from TISS, Mumbai. She is currently pursuing a Diploma in Expressive Arts Therapy from the East-West Centre for Expressive Arts and Counselling and the Indian Institute of Psychodrama, Chennai.
She is a person-centred and process-oriented therapist with over four years of experience, having completed 1500+ client sessions working with adults and adolescents and more than 200 hours of supervision. She adopts a trauma-informed approach drawing from Emotion-Focused Therapy, Expressive arts therapy, Parts work, Attachment Theory and Inner Child Work allowing for a flexible and integrative approach tailored to each client.
In her sessions, she invites clients to take an active role in their healing journey, supporting self-discovery and transformation. Her approach balances validation of the emotional self with gentle challenging of thoughts, inviting clients to engage more deeply with themselves. She views therapy as a courageous commitment to oneself: an opportunity to take charge of one’s growth within the supportive framework of a genuine and trusting relationship with the therapist.
Mythili also has experience facilitating therapeutic groups for clients and peer supervision spaces that support reflective practice and collaborative learning among practitioners. She mentors early-career therapists in developing their clinical skills and therapeutic identity, and conducts trainings for therapists focused on the therapeutic process, with an emphasis on building reflective practice, strengthening the therapist–client relationship, and cultivating a grounded, trauma-informed way of working.

SRAVAN
"Of all art that can influence the human mind,
I see the art of understanding as the purest."
Sravan has an MSc in psychology from Rajagiri College of Social Sciences, Ernakulam. He is also completing a diploma in expressive arts therapy from East-West Centre for Expressive Arts and Indian Institute of Psychodrama, Chennai. To him, therapy is a stage - a vulnerable space that transitions from daunting to
a sanctuary of self-discovery.
Whether through the silence of a gesture or the clarity of the spoken word, he listens to what your soul speaks. To him , Life is an art form that requires practice—the practice of boundaries, self-care, and resilience. In this theatre of existence, the ultimate applause isn't for a flawless performance, but for the courage to persist. And through it all, your biggest fan must always be ourselves.
He holds a specialized, affirming space for neurodivergent adults, particularly those navigating ADHD and executive dysfunction. As a multi-instrumentalist, he weaves his musical abilities into group settings, utilizing the neuroscience of music therapy as a grounding force.
Through live, intentional soundscapes, a deep sense of psychological safety is established, allowing the nervous system to settle and inviting meaningful group reflection to unfold. Here, music is not just an art form—it is the very architecture used to build trust, regulation, and self-discovery
